The Problem
The operations team relied on disconnected spreadsheets and manual copy/paste workflows.
Reports took hours each week, and inconsistencies made it hard to trust the numbers.
We also needed a secure way to share insights internally without exposing sensitive datasets publicly.
My Approach
I designed and built a private case-management dashboard with role-based views.
The interface grouped key metrics into focused sections and added drill-down screens for root-cause analysis.
I implemented a reusable data-fetching layer, standardized chart components, and clear empty/error states to keep workflows reliable.
Outcome
Reporting prep time dropped from roughly 6 hours to under 2 hours per week.
Data discrepancies in weekly summaries decreased by around 40% after introducing a single source of truth.
Team leads adopted the dashboard as the default weekly review tool within the first month.
